Adventures in Haircutting

First thing this morning Matteo was his fun playful self.  I told him we were going to get his hair cut today and he was all ready for it!  "Cheese!"

Here is a little shot of the back if his hair for you.

Grammy took him for a ride on the Carousel!  He got to ride the Zebra!  This was a first time on a Carousel and I think he loved it!  He loved all the different animals.

Suddenly, we are serious.  "Ma, what are we doing here?"

He did great for his hair cut.  Sat still, didn't complain and just let her cut his hair.  So proud.  There will be a day when I will stop making hair cuts a huge event, probably.  But for now, his hair is adorable and it's a big deal and slightly emotional for me to have it cut.  He looks even more precious with his big boy cut!

Then we had lunch at Chick fil a.  Matteo lightened up a bit once he was out of the hair place and chowed down on some chicken nuggets.  Though in is defense the hair place is kind of too childish. To the point of almost creepy.  But not.  But kinda. Like I feel safe there, it's nothing like that, it's just way too many bright colors and such. Just sayin', y'all.

He felt the need to use Grammy's lap as a foot rest. ha!

And I didn't get any pictures of Massimo, but he was there too!  Here is Marco and me at lunch.

We like to call Marco "Marcimo".  Just because we're silly.

I love fun days like we had today.  

I also love coming home and they are all pooped and take nice, long naps!
